Join us for an evening of live music, wine, and a whole lot of community building to benefit CarePoint Clinic. Bring your own picnic or we will have pizza/chips/cookies available for a suggested donation.
We are excited to host a larger fundraising event for the first time in almost 5 years and hope to share about the work of the clinic and build partnerships in the community.
This will be a family friendly event so feel free to bring blankets, chairs, games and family and friends. |
